PEP-HUB offers comprehensive training and certification programs for RIA firms, plan advisors, service providers, attorneys and CPAs, as well as for adopting employers.

3-hours of comprehensive instruction designed specifically for RIA firms and their advisors, who are actively involved with or contemplating involvement in PEPs. Whether looking for PEP options for your clients or providing 3(38) investment management to a PEP, training will focus on the role of RIA firms and plan advisors regarding PEPs (and yes, plan advisors/consultants play a critical role with PEPs).

Attendees will learn the inner workings of PEPs, the various roles played by resources, potential conflicts, reporting requirements and fiduciary best practices. Adequate time will be spent on implementing internal prudent processes to ensure reduced exposure to regulatory and legal scrutiny.

Offered in both ‘live’ and ‘on-demand’ settings. The program instructors include Robb Smith and Jerry Conway from PEP-HUB, as well as special guests including Pooled Plan Providers, PEP service providers, attorneys and other PEP experts. 

Certificates of Completion will be issued to those present for the entire program. PEP-HUB will provide adopting employers a listing of PEP certified advisors and consultants.

3-hours of thorough instruction for any employer who has joined or is considering joining a Pooled Employer Plan. Attendees will learn the workings of both the P3 and PEP and what the employer’s responsibilities are when joining a PEP. 

Offered in both ‘live’ and ‘on-demand’ settings. The program instructors include Robb Smith and Jerry Conway from PEP-HUB, as well as special guests including Pooled Plan Providers, PEP service providers, attorneys and other PEP experts. ‘Live’ webinars allow for attendees to ask questions of the experts. 

A Certificate of Completion will be issued to those present for the entire program.
